Viscose fibres from Lenzing™ Ecovero™

Lenzing™ Ecovero™ viscose fibres are produced from wood and pulp sourced from naturally grown, renewable and certified forests in Europe, carrying the European Eco Label. This makes them a sustainable form of viscose. The fibres are biodegradable and even compostable. They can fully return to nature, without causing harm to the environment or polluting our waters. The production of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose fibres results in up to 50% less water consumption compared to conventional viscose. Chlorine-free bleaching methods are applied, and wastewater is returned clean to nature after the production process. Production residues do not end up in the environment. The production of Lenzing™ Ecovero™ viscose fibres emits up to 50% less CO2 than generic viscose, thereby contributing to the fight against climate change.
