Lenzing™ Ecovero™ Viscose Fibres
Lenzing™ Ecovero™ viscose fibres are made from wood and pulp sourced from naturally grown, renewable and certified forests in Europe. The fibres are certified with the EU Ecolabel, confirming their reduced environmental impact throughout the production process.
The fibres are biodegradable and compostable, allowing them to return safely to nature at the end of their lifecycle. Compared with conventional viscose, the production of Lenzing™ Ecovero™ fibres uses up to 50% less water and generates up to 50% lower CO₂ emissions. Chlorine-free bleaching processes are used, wastewater is carefully treated before being returned to nature, and production residues are prevented from entering the environment.
