French Terry, also known as summer sweat or lightweight jogging fabric, is similar to jersey but knitted with an additional yarn. This extra yarn creates the characteristic loops on the reverse side of the fabric.
Our French Terry consists of 95% cotton and 5% elastane. The combination of material and knitting technique makes the fabric comfortable to wear and ideal for creating a variety of garments.

Most of our French Terry prints carry Oeko-Tex Class 1 or Class 2 certification. These certifications guarantee that the fabrics have been tested for harmful substances and are safe to use. The certifications were issued by Centexbel under certification number 1501004 for Class 1 and 1501005 for Class 2.
