What exactly are Rib Jersey and Waffle Jersey fabrics? We're happy to explain. Rib Jersey fabric features a distinctive ribbed texture created by a special knitting technique in which knit and purl stitches alternate. This results in an elastic fabric that comfortably follows the body's shape.
Waffle Jersey is produced using a similar knitting technique but features a three-dimensional waffle texture. This structure gives the fabric extra depth and a playful appearance while maintaining its soft, stretchy character.
