¿Dónde puedo ver sus telas?

¿Aún no tiene una cuenta? Regístrese aquí y obtenga acceso en línea a nuestra colección. Como mayorista, Verhees Textiles solo suministra a empresas (B2B) y no a particulares.

¡Visite también nuestra moderna sala de exposición, abierta de lunes a jueves de 08:30 a 17:00 y los viernes de 08:30 a 16:30, no es necesario hacer cita!

¿Cuál es la cantidad mínima de pedido?

La cantidad mínima de pedido es de 40 metros por pedido. Es posible dividir esto en 4 rollos de 10 metros cada uno.

¿Puedo recibir una muestra?

¿Está interesado en una muestra de nuestras telas básicas? Solo ponemos a su disposición una carta de colores de nuestras telas básicas. Por favor, envíenos el número de artículo/calidad deseado a sales@verheestextiles.com

En nuestra sala de exposición, puede ver todas las telas y llevárselas directamente.

¿Puedo imprimir un diseño propio?

Es posible imprimir un diseño propio. La cantidad mínima de pedido es de 300-500 metros, dependiendo de la calidad del tejido. Para más información, póngase en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente en sales@verheestextiles.com

¿Cuándo se lanza la nueva colección?

Durante todo el año tenemos varios momentos en los que lanzamos nuestras colecciones. ¡Manténgase atento a nuestra tienda en línea y encuentre allí nuestros diseños más recientes!

¿Puedo usar fotos de la tienda en línea?

Por supuesto, nuestras fotos de productos están disponibles sin marca de agua aquí para su descarga gratuita después de la compra del artículo. También puede descargar gratuitamente otros materiales promocionales, como imágenes de la revista Poppy, aquí.

¿Verhees Textiles cuenta con certificaciones GOTS, Oeko-Tex® y Tencel?

Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestras certificaciones GOTS, Oeko-Tex® y Tencel.

Orders

What are the delivery times?

When an item is in stock, we can almost always prepare it for shipment within 48 hours. A shipment within the Netherlands with DPD is usually delivered within 1 working day. A shipment to a foreign country or a pallet shipment can take longer.

On your invoice you will find a tracking number to follow the shipment. Is it a pallet shipment or did you have to pay in advance? Please send us an e-mail at sales@verheestextiles.com and we will check it for you.

What are the transportcosts?

Here you can find the prices for DPD packages to your country of delivery. In 1 package, 1 to max. 2 large rolls and up to max. 8 bolts of fabric fit (depending on size and weight). From x amount of parcels onwards it is more advantageous to send per pallet. This depends on the delivery address. We always look for the most advantageous shipping method for you.

Where is my order?

Once your parcel shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail containing both the invoice and also the tracking link from DPD. Is it a pallet shipment or are you paying in advance? Please send an e-mail to sales@verheestextiles.com  and we will be happy to check it for you!

 

Can I add something to my order?

It is no longer possible to add something to your order, however, it is always possible to place a new order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will of course do our best to send it together to reduce transport costs. However, because we want to ensure fast delivery, this is not always possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have received a confirmation of you order, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.

My order is not as I expected it to be, what can I do?

Are you not satisfied with an item or is it different from what you expected? Please send us an e-mail at sales@verheestextiles.com and we will see what we can do for you. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior consent. Please also read our comprehensive general terms and conditions for more information.

What should I do when an item is damaged or stained?

It is very unpleasant when a fabric is damaged or stained, we are sorry for that! Please send us your complaint by email within 30 days. Please include clear pictures of the complaint (detail picture and a picture where several metres are visible) and the article number. When will my parcel be sent?

When you have received the invoice, your parcel has been sent and you will find the shipping information on the invoice. Do you need to pay in advance? Then we will ship your parcel as soon as we have processed the payment or when we have processed and received your proof of payment.

I have a problem with the delivery. What should I do?

Sometimes a shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Use the track and trace link on the invoice to follow the shipment. If there is no update within 5 workingdays since the last scan of the track and trace, then please contact us. If you have any other problems with the delivery, please let us know at sales@verheestextiles.com

Which shipping methods are possible?

Within Europe we ship with DPD. Bigger volumes we ship by pallet with other couriers. Do you want  to pick up your order yourself? Please select the shipping method “ pick up” when you place your order online. Do you want your courier to pick up for you? Please make a note with your order or send us an email in time.

Can I pick up my order myself?

It is possible to pick up your order. When placing your order, choose "pick up". Your order will then be ready within a few days. Would you like your own transporter to pick up the goods? Mention this in your order or send us an email in time.

How can I change my delivery address?

On this page you can add a delivery address. When you have placed your order, you can select a different delivery address under the heading "shipping method" while confirming your order.
