This item complies with the following ISO standards: ISO811:2014 and has been tested for waterproofness by means of a water column test. The result of the water column test is 17000mm, which means that this article is waterproof against rain but cannot experience excessive pressure. Softshell is a triple layered fabric which will keep you warm and dry. All the layers of the fabric have their own characteristics. The one on the inside is a fleece layer for warmth, the intermediate one is a breathable membrane which ventilates en keeps moisture out. The outside layer is water-repellent. With this combination softshell is the perfect fabric for outdoor wear.;
